The best thing we can offer to E. Excellers is striving to improve our service quality. There are three things the Customer Service Department would like to remind all E. Excellers:

1. In line with the operations of the Malaysian banking system, the operation hours for e- shopping will be changed from 5.30 a.m.-11.30 p.m. to 5.00 a.m.-11.00 p.m.

2. Singapore and Brunei citizen will need to use their countries’ identity cards to apply for Malaysian distributorship with immediate effect.

3. The list of first 500 e-shopping winners is out! Winners please bring along your notification letter to the nearest E. Excel branch to redeem your free A’ROMANTIC (Refer attached list for the winners’ list, only available at branch noticeboard).
