DEAR E. EXCEL DISTRIBUTOR,

We refer to our Notice to E. Excel distributor dated 14 th December 2009 that there has been a change in policy on the payment of bonuses, as per E. Excel Policies And Procedures section 8.4 with effect from 1 st January 2010.

We also refer to our Letter of Reminder dated 1 st February 2010 in our E. Excel magazine Excellent Word February edition, reminding you to change your bank account to your own name.

At the same time, we have issued out several individual reminders as our continuing effort to keep you reminded.

To E. Excel distributor who has between 2 (two) to 20(twenty) distributors’ names remain in your E. Excel bank account, please be notified to comply with the requirement immediately.

This Notice serves as official Reminder to you that, effective 1 st May 2010, E. Excel distributor shall not be allowed to purchase products, until his/her E. Excel bank account is changed to his/her own name as account holder.

To Distributor who has complied with the requirement, we thank you!
