Q14
:
What E. Excel products can I consume if I am a vegetarian?
A14
:
All E. Excel products are made using plant foods. They do not contain meat or animal products. However, as some vegetarians have religious constraints, please consult E. Excel’s ingredient list.

Whole Food Concentrates are contained in capsules made from animal gelatin. If you have reservations on consuming these capsules, simply remove the capsule casing and consume just the powdery contents.

Q15
:
My children dislike taking capsules. How can they take Whole Food Concentrates?
A15
:
If your children find swallowing capsules difficult, simply remove the casing and mix the powdery capsule contents with their favorite fruit juices or beverages.

Q16
:
If I remove the capsule casing to mix the powdery contents with a beverage, will it diminish the effectiveness of the product?
A16 : No, the effect is the same as directly swallowing the capsules.

Q17
:
Why are there clumps in the powder of my capsule product? Is the product spoilt ?
A17 : No. The contents of capsule products are made from wholesome plant foods and rich in plant nutrients such as polysaccharides and phytochemicals. Clumps may form after concentrating plant nutrients or during the capsule-filling process. Such clumps are normal. They do not indicate product quality and will not affect nutrition value.

Q18
:
Why do some capsules appear to have more powder while some less?
A18 : E. Excel has a variety of capsule products, each made from different plants as raw materials. Each plant has its unique density. Hence, different powders of the same weight can differ in volume, causing different capsule products to appear to have different amounts of powder. For example, capsules that contain mushrooms appear to have more powder because powder particles produced by concentrating mushrooms is relatively lighter.
