Q17 |

| A17 |
: |
No. The contents of capsule products are made from wholesome plant foods and rich in plant nutrients such as polysaccharides and phytochemicals. Clumps may form after concentrating plant nutrients or during the capsule-filling process. Such clumps are normal. They do not indicate product quality and will not affect nutrition value. |
| |
|
|
Q18 |
: |
Why do some capsules appear to have more powder while some less? |
| A18 |
: |
E. Excel has a variety of capsule products, each made from different plants as raw materials. Each plant has its unique density. Hence, different powders of the same weight can differ in volume, causing different capsule products to appear to have different amounts of powder. For example, capsules that contain mushrooms appear to have more powder because powder particles produced by concentrating mushrooms is relatively lighter. |
