Compared to Gwei-Hua Balm, it uses a more potent menthol, and therefore has a greater cooling and relaxing effect. It also comes in greater quantity (10ml) compared to Gwei-Hua Balm (5g). Gwei-Hua Oil is an EV product while Gwei-Hua Balm is an SV product.
