Q1
:
What is Bright & White Toothpaste?
A1
:
This whitening toothpaste enriched with mint and Oxyginberry Complex gently cleans teeth while protecting them against bacteria that cause bad breath and tooth decay.
Q2
:
How does Bright & White Toothpaste stand out from other toothpastes?
A2
:
Bright & White Toothpaste contains hydroxyapatite, a substance used in artificial bones and tooth roots that has repair, whitening, anti-cavity and anti-bacterial properties when included in toothpaste. It also reduces bad breath and fills in crevices for teeth to look naturally polished.

Tartar buildup in crevices on tooth surface leads to cavities

Bright & White Toothpaste cleans away tartar

Crevices are filled with hydroxyapatite

With crevices filled, teeth look naturally whitened and tooth decay is prevented.

Bright & White Toothpaste is also free of triclosan, fluoride and sodium lauryl sulfate for your safety. It creates less foam and rinses out easily, leaving behind a refreshing feeling. As it is exceptionally refreshing, Bright & White Toothpaste can be used as a toothpaste and mouth freshener. Before rinsing out, swish around in the mouth with water as a mouth freshener.

Q3
:
What is triclosan?
A3
:
Triclosan is a substance included in many household products for its anti-bacterial action. It can be found in hand washes, shower gels, toothpaste, detergent, cosmetics, toys and even clothing.
Q4
:
Why is Bright & White Toothpaste triclosan-free?
A4
:
Bright & White Toothpaste is formulated to be triclosan-free for your safety. Research from the United States shows that triclosan mixed with chlorinated water releases chloroform. When absorbed through the skin, chloroform may cause depression, liver disorder and even cancer. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has registered triclosan as a pesticide.

Bright & White Toothpaste contains o-cymen-5-ol, a safer anti-bacterial active ingredient that has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as a food additive.
Q5
:
What is fluoride?
A5
:
Fluoride is commonly added to toothpastes and drinking water as it is thought to be able to help reduce tooth decay. However, there has been controversy surrounding fluoride. Some scientists suggest that fluoride may cause gum damage, slow down the self-repair ability of gums and harm the immune system by inhibiting white blood cells and increasing free radicals in the body. It is also said to be cancer-causing as it may damage DNA.
Q6
:
Why is fluoride banned from tap water in some countries?
A6
:
Research has revealed that fluoride increases cancer risk, and this scientific evidence is leading to the ban of fluoride in tap water in an increasing number of areas. Countries that do not have fluoride in tap water include European countries such as Norway and Finland . Other countries such as Singapore , Malaysia , Australia , Canada and the U.S. carefully regulate fluoride levels in water to ensure safety.

Q8

Q9
:
How do I avoid contact with fluoride?
A9
:
Use fluoride-free toothpastes such as Bright & White Toothpaste. Avoid fluoridated water by distilling it. You can also avoid beverages such as soft drinks, beer and fruit juices bottled in areas where water contains fluoride.

Q10
:
Why does Bright & White Toothpaste create less foam than other toothpastes?
A10
:
Rich foam is not needed for toothpaste to function well. In fact, the foaming agent used in most toothpastes is sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), which has raised safety concerns. Research has found that a concentration of more than 0.01% of SLS leads to cell death; most toothpastes consist of 0.3% to 0.5% SLS.

There is no SLS in Bright & White Toothpaste. Its alternative ingredient, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate , is also a foaming agent. In addition, it is safer and has anti-bacterial effects. Approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate can even be used for food.
